As a keen sportswoman Caroline has always had an understanding of good nutrition and its impact on the body during training and competition and as a result has a particular interest in sports nutrition.

At Nutrizuno we carefully consider the requirements of all our athletes taking into account their total energy expenditure and the required percentage of macronutrients according to the athletes’ needs and goals.
